MISSION STATEMENT >

Trabajadores Unidos Workers United (TUWU) is a regional bay area immigrant worker center that stands at the intersection of economic justice and immigrant rights inclusion. TUWU believes in upholding the power of working class immigrants through building working class consciousness, and growing the leadership of low-wage immigrant workers. TUWU seeks to abolish workplace exploitation through workplace organizing, political education, and direct action to shift power to the hands of the working class.

Trabajadores Unidos Workers United (TUWU) es un centro regional de trabajadores inmigrantes del área de la bahía que se encuentra en la intersección de la justicia económica y la inclusión de los derechos de inmigrantes. TUWU cree en sostener el poder de inmigrantes de clase obrera mediante la creación de conciencia de la clase y crecer el liderazgo de los trabajadores inmigrantes de bajos salarios. TUWU busca abolir la explotación laboral a través de la organización en el lugar de trabajo, la educación política y la acción directa para pasar el poder a manos de la clase obrera.
